This 5 week virtual Mindful Journaling workshop is designed as a guide for those new to journaling, as well as those looking to deepen an existing journaling practice. Mindful journaling can be an important ritual in self-care and a helpful tool to cultivate the calm, contemplative stillness needed to be in touch with who we really are. Through meditation, themed writing prompts, and quiet reflection we will explore how journaling can be a very transformative experience with many benefits.
