Holiness is often viewed as being embedded into Sacraments, church rituals, and the saints (whose lives may often feel unattainable and separate from our own). Perhaps we were led to believe that we need to make our lives less human and more perfect in order to be more holy. Through presentation, individual reflection, small group discussion, and praying the prayer of St. Teresa of Avila, participants will expand their understanding of how holiness is already present in our everyday lives.
